This is my lock screen on my phone right now. My little #lifehack is putting quotes/affirmations/challenges on my screen so that I have little moments of contemplation & inspiration each time I open my phone. The trick for me is to change it often enough that they don’t become rite or stale. This particular one is from a daily email I get from The Enneagram Institute.
